Terms of Delivery

Tuikku Dee Oy / Laa Laa Living, business ID FI30053111, address: Sammonkatu 5, 30420 Forssa Finland; sells products to companies and adult individuals in the EU. These terms and conditions apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.

These terms of delivery are valid from January 1, 2018. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please review our terms of delivery each time you order products from our online store.

  • Shipment to Finland 3,90€, other European countries shipment costs 8,90 €.
  • You can choose a delivery in Finland at Matkahuolto, a vending machine or a Post office. To other countries we ship with DHL.
  • Payment options include online bank payments, credit card payments, mobile payment, invoice and installment. Paytrail is the payment service. You can also pay with PayPal.
  • We'll ship your orders 2-4 business days after receiving your order.

How to order

Products are ordered online by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart via the online payment service. All customer information will be treated confidentially. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the contact information requested in connection with an order is not used for purposes other than the delivery of the order or for clarification of any doubt. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and be bound by the applicable terms and conditions.
Payment and payment methods

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as a payment broker and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail plc will appear as the payee on the bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail plc is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier first.

Collector Invoice Bank / Installment

Collector Invoice Bank / Installment Service allows you to pay up to € 5,000 for your purchases.

Collector Invoices always receive a non-interest payment * of at least 30 days and up to 60 days.
The invoice will therefore not be due until the last day of the calendar month following the date of purchase. (* The payment rate is 0%, plus a $ 2.95 billing fee on your first invoice). You can pay off the full amount of the invoice on the due date, or you can opt for installments of 1-36 months. The installment starts automatically when you pay the minimum installment on the invoice. You can also pay larger installments or pay off the entire amount in one go.

The installment interest rate is 1.6% per month, which corresponds to a nominal annual rate of 19.20%. An invoice fee of € 2.95 per month will be added to the invoice, which gives you an effective annual rate of 21.3% on a € 1000 purchase.
When you choose the Collector Invoice / Installment, you will always receive your order home before payment. This gives you the flexibility and security to handle exchanges and returns.

Collector Invoice Bank / Installment can be used by a person over the age of 20 who has sound credit history. We will do a credit check on your order. Late payments and unpaid bills will be charged a reminder fee of $ 5 plus a monthly interest rate of 1.6% on the overdue period.

Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation immediately, showing your order details. Always check the contents of your order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always keep your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Shipping methods and costs

We deliver products in Finland via Matkahuolto or Post and our shipping costs are 3,90€ . To other European countries shipping is 8,90€.

Delivery time

We will try to ship your order within 2-4 business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise stated in the product information, or in the case of a Pre-order product (this is mentioned in the product information).

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damage caused by delays. The webshop informs about different delivery times on its website.

Return Policy

All orders have a 14-day free replacement and return policy. Notify by email to anna@laalaaliving.fi for further instructions on how to return. Do not lose or break the packaging box until you have decided to return it. The product should be returned to us in good condition. The return is always free to the customer.
Unclaimed package

Failure to redeem is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For a non-redeemed package that has not been individually canceled, we charge a fee of $ 10 to cover shipping costs.


If the product is lost or damaged during shipment or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the defect within 14 days in writing to the address listed in the Cancellation and Return Policy section or by calling the contact phone number. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately complain to the shipping company of your choice.
